ROOM KEY CARD
Room key cards, you have received at the reception during your check in, activate the electrical system in your room. If you want to open the door, you should show your card at the door lock. The room key card is valid until 12:00 non on your departure date. After 12:00 a.m. it will be automatically disabled. Please, do not forget to give back your key cards to the reception during your checkout. Otherwise, for each missing keycard 10 € will be charged to your room account.
BRACELET
We kindly ask you to wear arm bracelets, so you can declare that you are a guest of our facility and that you can benefit from our concept correctly. Please return your armbands to the reception on your check-out. Thank you for your understanding
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00. If you want to keep your room longer, please call to the reception number at 3303 / 3304. In case of availability you can keep your room with extra fee. We also have a free comfort zone available.
SAFE
We kindly ask you to keep your valuables in the safe deposit boxes offered free of charge in your room. Instructions for use are located in the wardrobe near the deposit box. In case of any difficulties, please call the reception at 3303 / 3304.The hotel assumes no liability for valuables kept outside the safe.

There are a total of 4 pools in our facility: 2 outdoor, pools with slides, children's pool. There are enough sun loungers in the pool and beach area and we kindly ask you not to make a reservation.
As our pools are disinfected with chemicals from 19:00, we request you not to enter the pools after this hour. Please do not use room towels at the pool and beach area. Please dispose of your used beach towels in the dirty baskets by the beach and pool. Beach towels will be left in your room daily from 3 pm.
INTERNET
After check-in, you can use wireless Internet access (WI-FI) free of charge. Please, choose "MIRAMARE" named WLAN to log in. On the following page, you should enter your room number, date of birth and your e-mail address. If you wish, you can also benefit Turbo internet service with extra fee.

SECURITY MEASURES
1. Fire Safety
Fire Exits: Learn about fire exits and gathering points by checking the room door panels and TV info channel. When the fire alarm goes off, follow the exit routes and exit the building quickly.
Fire Extinguishers: Learn the location of the fire extinguishers in the hallways.
Smoke Alarms: Smoke or fire alarms will be activated in case of an emergency.
2. Room Safety
Room Keys: Do not lose your key or share it with others. If you lose your room key, inform the hotel reception immediately.
Privacy: Keep your valuables in the hotel safe during your stay and do not share your pin code with anyone.
